By using Scrypt Automations, you agree to these conditions on permitted and prohibited use.

Permitted Use

• Customer engagement and re-engagement workflows
• Appointment reminders and booking confirmations
• Review requests to customers who have interacted with your business
• Internal operations and data management

Prohibited Use

• Unsolicited messages to contacts who have not opted in
• Harassment, spam, or deceptive messaging of any kind
• Processing sensitive personal data without explicit consent
• Any activity violating Singapore law or PDPA obligations
• Reselling or redistributing our services without written permission

Messaging Obligations

All automated messages must comply with PDPA, the Spam Control Act, and the terms of messaging platforms used. Clients are responsible for ensuring their customer lists were collected lawfully.

Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund. Illegal activity may be reported to relevant authorities.
