Clients must use the services for lawful business purposes only. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and avoid harmful, fraudulent, or abusive use.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Secure all necessary customer consent for messaging or outreach
• Ensure accuracy of the customer data provided
• Maintain safe access credentials to accounts
• Comply with WhatsApp, Meta, Google, and any third party service policies

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or third party outages may affect service uptime.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, automation workflows, and software provided by Scrypt remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in a contractual agreement. Clients may not copy, resell, or reuse our proprietary automation frameworks without written approval.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in the relevant service agreement or invoice. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scrypt Automation is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Actions caused by third party integrations or service outages
• Misuse of the services by the client

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• The client breaches these terms
• The services are used for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Required payments are not made

Upon termination, client access to systems may be revoked.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
