Refund Policy

This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover scoping and implementation that begins immediately.

Monthly Retainers

Monthly fees are billed in advance. Cancellations mid-cycle receive service through end of the billing period. No partial-month refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances

If Scrypt fails to deliver agreed services due to our own error, we will offer a proportional credit or refund at our discretion.

Cancellation Process

Email [email protected] with 30 days notice. Data export will be arranged within 30 days of cancellation.
